Job Description:

SpeedX is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Last Mile Administrative Operations Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our last-mile delivery operations by providing administrative assistance and leveraging data analytics skills to drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and managing last-mile delivery operations, including scheduling, route optimization, and tracking.

• Utilize Data analytics tools and Excel to analyze delivery performance, identify trends, and optimize routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate records of delivery activities and customer feedback.

• Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the delivery process promptly and effectively.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including drivers, dispatchers, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve delivery times, reduce costs, and enhance overall service quality.

• Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing reports, managing documentation, and coordinating meetings.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Data analytics, with the ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, Web-based and job specific software applications.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.

• Previous experience in logistics or transportation operations is a plus.
