Responsibilities
In this role, you'll play a vital part in expanding our reach and helping even more families in the Worcester and Middlesex County areas. Your main responsibilities will include:
•Building and nurturing strong partnerships with real estate offices, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, and elder law attorneys.
•Creating a steady flow of referrals to support our mission of providing exceptional senior transition services.
•Generating and managing reports to track our growth and success.
•Engaging in comprehensive training to become a true expert in senior transitions.
•Mastering our CRM system to monitor your progress and activities.
•Working closely with our dedicated team and immersing yourself in our operations.
To thrive in this role, you'll need a proven track record of building successful partnerships, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive and positive attitude aligned with our company goals, excellent organizational and time management abilities, and a true team player mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media savvy is also a must.
•In return, we offer a competitive compensation package, including $23.50 per hour plus bonus incentives and a weekly gas allowance to keep you on the move. Would consider a flex part-time schedule.
Qualifications
•Experience with successful results is preferred over education.
•Must possess outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities and the capacity to negotiate effectively.
•Possess a positive attitude and strong sense of purpose with the aptitude to develop a passion for the goals and objectives of the company.
•Self-starter with good organization and time management capabilities.
•Able to work in a team environment.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and proficient with social media for engaging and developing a loyal customer base with unique ideas.
