The Product Specialist is a key role engaging with prospects and customers to demonstrate the full value proposition of Spectrio solutions to increase sales success. Working with the Product Management Team and Sales Team, the Product Specialist will perform product demos, be the product subject matter expert supporting sales activities, and drive voice of the customer into the Product Management process. Having deep product knowledge, focused on consultative solutioning, the Product Specialist will help to identify customer needs and engage the Product Owner to define-and-deliver any custom projects / feature enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Perform product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients
  • Customize product demonstrations based on industry / use case value proposition and differentiators
  • Identify and communicate product opportunities required to close deals
  • Identify and communicate voice of customer to increase the product value proposition in core industries
  • Support Sales as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) having deep product knowledge
  • Support RFI/RFP, Security Questionnaire, and other general Sales questions related to Product

Requirements

  • Solution-selling sales experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability, willingness, and aptitude to synthesize deep product knowledge into easily understood information
  • Technically minded with foundational knowledge of software, data, hardware to enable setting up realistic product demonstrations using Spectrio solutions
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Successful track record of delivering high quality work, on-time
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker
