Title : Teller (Client Servicing Wealth Management)
Location : Naples, FL 34103 (Onsite M to F)
Duration : 3 Months Assignment
Shift / Hours : 40hours / week, 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional service to clients, COIs, vendors, partners and prospects in a professional and respectful manner with every interaction.
- Greet clients and visitors by making eye contact and using their name, when known. Phones are answered promptly using a professional tone.
- Ensure the execution and / or submission of daily client account servicing activities is completed in a professional, timely and accurate manner while adhering to all banking policies and procedures.
- Initiate Service Request or process all money movement transactions accurately and timely in accordance with the WM Asset Transfer Standards.
- Client issues are handled with sensitivity and a sense of urgency.
- Strong knowledge of Private Passport providing clients with available services and / or referring to a Banker for additional support.
- Seek advice and guidance from your manager, Partner Support Services or Regional Banking Administration, following the chain of command, when issues arise and it is uncertain whether a proposed course of action will adhere to the bank's procedures, and protocols as well as regulatory and compliance standards.
Measurement Criteria :
- Be able to provide examples of the following :
- Positive feedback from clients, partners and Managers on the client and partner experience.
- Demonstrate consistent judgement on the prioritization, urgency and follow-through on client and partner requests.
- Productivity / output in activities is consistent and substantial, as recorded in metrics and / or other forms of measurements.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail regarding what information is needed from the client in order to properly execute their request.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of policies and procedures for all requests stated above
Office Operations and Administration
- Carry out all directed administrative duties required to deliver exceptional service to clients and partners, which may include but not limited to providing telephone / reception coverage, photocopying, scanning and mailing.
- Demonstrate a proficient use of all systems and applications required to efficiently and flawlessly execute teller activities.
- Accurately complete CTR's and MIEL's and submit within required timeframe.
- When assigned, assist clients with access to Safe Deposit Boxes ensuring proper procedures are followed.
- Perform opening / closing functions through the teller system as required.
- Balance Cash Drawer daily maintaining satisfactory balancing record as documented within the Teller Difference guidelines.
- All cash transactions are processed utilizing the cash count tool, within the teller system, as outlined in policies and procedures.
- Balance dual cash drawers, (i.e. Cash Vault, ECD, Coin Vault) according to procedures.
- Teller work is properly secured at the end of the day and placed under dual control. Work is prepared and sent to Iron Mountain monthly.
- Ensure proper procedures are adhered to when handling Temporary Safekeeping items, including proper completion of Client Release Receipts and Safekeeping logs.
- When assigned, audit certifications are completed timely to ensure compliance with the bank policy and procedures as required under the Branch Audit Certification program.
- Participate in administrative assignments and special projects, as directed by your manager
- Stay abreast of the latest enhancements to Clients' Partner and Client technology and / or systems in order to maintain highest standards of administrative and operational efficiencies.
Business Development & Driving Performance :
- Maintain basic knowledge of client's products and services in order to make appropriate referrals.
- Engage with Personal Banking Manager / Team Leader or appropriate business unit subject matter experts to explore potential opportunities for clients.
- Receipt of positive feedback from RM teams and Managers on collaboration of referral activities.
- Conduct yourself in a constructive, positive and approachable manner in support of team and business unit goals.
- Demonstrate consistent productivity, follow-through & sharp execution on activities related to goals and team contribution.
BCP / Life Safety :
- Participate in appropriate Life Safety activities with team members and attend training as required.
- When assigned, ensure that drills / tests are completed and reported on a timely basis in compliance with the Life Safety Standard;
and Coordinate with GBCRS management on Life Safety initiatives.
- Adherence to required drills, reporting and training and coordinating with GBCRS.
- Ensure your contact information is current in My Place.
- Adapt well to new situations and demonstrate problem solving skills while remaining positive and engaged.
- Understand the importance of coverage for the Business Unit by ensuring consistent and timely attendance.
- Complete in a timely manner all requested and required training classes, educational seminars and actively seek additional opportunities to participate in projects, committees or group activities as requested.
- Maintain and expand a personal development plan to build, maintain and increase professional knowledge with input from your Manager.
- Aligning your personal goals to the A Approach behaviors.
- Demonstrate commitment to career development and training opportunities for self
- Completion of all required My Place training prior to stated deadlines.
- Regular attendance and participation at practice sessions, team meetings and partner forums (either in person or via replay).
