Spectraforce Technologies is Hiring a Grants Analyst 2 Near Nashville, TN
Location: Nashville, Tennessee, 37243
Duration: : 5 months
Shift timing: 8 AM to 4:30 PM
- The Client seeks an administrative professional to Client programs.
- The position will be primaient the possibility for some remote work.
- Training will last several weeks, and hours will vary more during this time.
- The Grants Analyst will perform a variety of administrative duties including the following:
- Build, update, and maintain spreadsheets and work efficiently in multiple databases
- Review and analyze grant applications with very close attention to detail to ensure and document compliance with guidelines and requirements -
- Manage e-mail inboxes and communicate with applicants as needed to provide customer-focused technical assistance.
- Maintain a system to track actions on incoming/outgoing correspondences.
- Populate a high volume of legal contract documents with close attention to detail and according to template instructions.
- Process a high volume of final expenditures and accounting reports and assist in developing and maintaining systems for reconciliation, documentation, and data management.
- Review and process grant invoices according to instructions.
- Perform other administrative functions as needed Grant Analyst will be required to communicate with external partners which include local law enforcement agencies, nonprofit houses of worship, and other state agencies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to send clear, concise emails and respond in a timely manner.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing work demands/tasks. Organization and attention to detail required.
- Utilize good time management, note-taking, email organization and distribution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint is preferred.
