Respiratory Therapist (Pay Range: $40 - $50 per hour)

Responsibilities

• Conduct physician-prescribed treatments, operating various ventilatory equipment, both invasive and non-invasive.
• Explain the purpose and procedure of treatments, tests, and equipment to patients.
• Perform pulmonary function studies and cardiopulmonary resuscitation according to policy.
• Assist with procedures relating to respiratory care.
• Record all pertinent information of treatments, and patient response to treatments on respiratory care records and patient chart.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist required.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively.
