As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence in eye care.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the operations of our optometry clinic. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Clinic Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional patient experiences, and efficient administrative processes. This role requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Clinic Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
  • Serve as a point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
  • Support staff training and development initiatives to maintain a high standard of service excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to implement and maintain clinic policies and procedures in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Coordinate with the clinical team to optimize patient flow and ensure timely and accurate patient care.
  • Assist in monitoring clinic performance metrics and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to drive patient engagement and clinic growth.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims processing, and maintaining patient records.
