As a leader in this exciting division, you'll be responsible for:

● Building an A-Team: Recruit, train, and lead a team of construction professionals, including project managers, tradespeople, and support staff. Together, you'll create an unstoppable force.

● Building Strong Relationships: Identify and establish partnerships with reliable and reputable vendors, ensuring top-notch performance. You'll negotiate contracts and secure the best resources and materials.

● Mastering Time and Resources: Coordinate and schedule trades effectively, ensuring timely project completion. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, construction timelines, and budgets.

● Exceeding Expectations: Implement stringent quality control processes to ensure each home is crafted with the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety. Strive to exceed homeowner expectations and provide impeccable service.

Requirements: Your Ticket to Success:

● Proven experience (5 years): executive level residential construction

● Local Connections: including trades, industry professionals, brokers, land owners, and others involved in the residential construction industry

● Extensive local knowledge: construction techniques, building codes, and industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $250,000.00 per year
