Responsibilities:

· Facilitate ILT & VILT sessions to new and current clients using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, style flexing your approach as needed to meet the needs of your audience.

· Consult with clients during the implementation process to ensure the client is set up for success from day 1.

· Assist and support ILT & VILT to new employees during the onboarding process.

· Create and maintain documentation, include user guides, knowledge base articles, info-graphs, and release notes.

· Facilitate meaningful employee development sessions focused on skill and knowledge development.

· Facilitate webinars to current clients and prospects focused on trends in the fleet and asset inventory industry, client trends, and new products.

· Record and communicate ILT & VILT session attendance, observations, and performance to the Client Success Manager.

· Strives for continuous improvement for self, team, and organization; this includes providing meaningful information to Manager during 1:1 meeting, consulting with clients to improve product usability, etc.

Skills & Experience:

· Demonstrated ability to work independently / efficiently to meet deadlines while providing optimal client experiences

· Demonstrated proficiency in dealing in with software-based issues with skills in database technologies and languages

· Proven problem-solving skills

· Experience/proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, & PowerPoint)

· Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels is essential

· Strong organizational, planning, and motivational skills are desired

· Teaching or trainer certification (e.g., MCT) is preferred; software design/development experience would be a plus

· Overnight travel is required (estimated 50-75% of the time)

Preferred Experience:

· 2 years of related experience

· Experience in the software or technology industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
