CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Pay Starts at $100,000 and up commensurate with experience
On the West Coast, Specialized Pavement Marking (SPM) has built a reputation for being the marque specialty contractor involved in the installation of pavement markings. Our customers look for us to provide safe working environments, provide a quality product, and produce our product in a timely manner, which are the three pillars we have used to generate success, Safety - Quality - Production.
We are seeking a highly skilled, energetic dynamic Project Manager.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Manager directs daily activities of various construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include scheduling field employees, sourcing materials, allocating equipment, working directly with prime/sub-contractors, communicating with various agency representatives (project engineers, project inspectors, etc.), reading/understanding construction plans and specifications, and promoting a safe working environment for field personnel. Successful Project Managers exemplify organizational and time-management skills while complying to the organizational mission statement of Safety, Quality, Production.
