Accountant Opportunity – Full-Time

As an Accountant, you will play a critical role in our finance department, responsible for various accounting functions and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. The Accountant will work closely with senior members of the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, maintain financial records, and support financial reporting activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting, analysis, and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and exceptional analytical skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred
• 5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles
• Possesses a strong understanding of consolidating financial statements (i.e., intercompany transactions / balances / eliminations, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including proficiency with accounting software
• Knowledge and experience booking payroll and payroll accrual entries
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Ability to adapt to change and learn new concepts quickly
