Special Tree has exciting opportunities for Registered Nurses working in our State-of-the-Art facility. An ideal candidate has a passion to serve people to improve their quality of life and empower them on their health journey.

Schedule:

• 12 hour shifts available
• Weekend availability

Shift availability: 

• Night Shift

Responsibilities:

• Administers and documents all treatments & medications, using clinical assessment skills
• Coordinates care planning with other disciplines
• Provides triage and guidance to staff in handling any changes in the medical status of clients
• Improves the quality of care for rehabilitation clients

 Requirements:

• Graduated from a state approved school of nursing with a current Michigan license
• Two years nursing experience preferred.
• Specialized experience in rehabilitation, subacute, long term care, TBI, SCI a plus!
