Chicago Getaway Hostel is currently looking to hire a Full-time Night Auditor.Required shifts: 11pm - 7am (5 shifts per week)Chicago Getaway Hostel is located in Lincoln Park - Chicago's best neighborhood. You can walk to the beach, Lincoln Park Zoo, or go for a run on the 18-mile running path along the lake.Front Desk Agents at Chicago Getaway Hostel are responsible for providing all guests with an awesome check-in and check-out experience and ensuring they are equipped to explore the city in the most cost effective and dynamic way possible.We are looking for Front Desk Agents who are great multi-taskers, love interacting with people from all across the globe and whom have open availability.Some of the key job responsibilities include:• Welcoming guests and offering luggage support as/if necessary.• Provide sufficient guest registration, check out and telephone service.• Acting as the "local expert" for Concierge-related inquiries and requests.• Booking guests services including but not limited to car service, city tours, etc.• Discuss and resolve any guest issue before, during or after their stay.• Oversee all public areas and ensure all spaces remain in immaculate condition.• Ensure an awesome vibe at all times -- music, lighting, cleanliness, fun, etc.If this sounds like something for you, then drop us your resume.Chicago Getaway Hostel believes strongly in artistic expression and individuality.
