Responsibilities :

  • Answer and customers visitors and employees with their needs
  • Maintain, compile, and update data
  • Maintain the sale and inventory of gift shop merchandise
  • Maintain customer data, complete briefings with customers

Qualifications / Background Profile :

  • BS Degree in Business Administration, IT or related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in a busy customer service environment
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally 5% of the time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
  • Google workspace preferred
  • help desk software, access management tools, and CRM systems preferred.
