**Summary**
This position is responsible for selling data services and related applications (SaaS & DaaS) into the Automotive and Heavy-Duty Truck Industries. This position is an inside sales position that will leverage phone, email, & WebEx to target, qualify, and close new customer accounts. Candidate will possess excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability. Must have a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives.
We are looking for strong sales closers that have a track record in meeting and/or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. We prefer candidates with automotive knowledge, but if you dont have it, we will train you.
You will be assigned a geographical territory with Truck Prospects to call on and demonstrate the data and application via WebEx. This is an hourly and commission-based position with high earning potential and uncapped commissions.
**Responsibilities**
* Will make a minimum of 50 outbound telephone calls and have a minimum of two hours of talk time.
* Maximize sales revenues and meet company objectives.
* Exceptional skills managing full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing business monthly.
* Managing and prioritizing sales opportunities.
* Ability to understand and execute sales processes, product, and service value propositions.
* Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.
* Demonstrated skills of marketing products and/or services over the phone to businesses.
* Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
* 5 years in Business to Business (B2B) products and services, in an outbound sales call center (Cold Calling experience is a must).
* Heavy Duty Truck experience is a plus.
* Prospecting, negotiating, and closing skills to meet sales goals.
* Strong communication skills, excellent customer service & competitive drive.
* Strong organizational and administrative skills.
* Self-starter, Self-driven, entrepreneurial personality with a strong work ethic.
* Competent in understanding and communicating product and technical information.
* High energy, passionate, and confident with a history of personal success.
* Prior background working with a CRM Program like Salesforce (Salesforce is the program used in this Sales Role). Will use at a minimum of 8-10 different software programs each day.
* Proficient skills using Microsoft Office Applications and WebEx.
* Must be comfortable sitting at a workstation for entire shift.
* Drug/background screening required prior to start.
