SPARC is Hiring a Residential Associate Near Springfield, IL
- Must be detail oriented with excellent time management skills and have a proven ability
to meet various deadlines and achieve program goals. - Must be analytical and demonstrate problem solving techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with staff, community members,
families and individuals supported. - Must have knowledge and experience with computers, various operating systems, as well
as various software programs.
- High School Diploma/GED
- DSP Certified and Medication Authorized
- CNA certificate completed and listed on the Health Care Worker Registry
- CPR/ First Aid trained
- Experience or education working with persons with developmental and intellectual
disabilities preferred. - Must have a current, valid Illinois Driver’s License.
- Must have reliable transportation in order to manage multiple sites.
- Must meet the requirements of the agency insurance carrier and drive agency vehicles,
as needed. - Ability to physically handle any special needs of individuals supported by Sparc, in order to
assist program staff in emergencies. - Attend and satisfactorily complete all training requirements.
- Ability to work flexible schedule.
