Things to consider:

Responsibilities:

  • Management of client accounts through relationship building through ongoing verbal and written communication
  • Continual direct contact with clients managing end to end project needs
  • Develop program instructions and training materials using a consultative approach with clients by implementing proven best practices
  • Effective use of in-house system tools and enhancements
  • Work closely with Field Management team to ensure client objectives are met
  • Identifing project trends and solutions for excution excellance
  • Provide clients with status updates throughout the project life cycle and callout any opportunities that may require resolution
  • Develop post program recaps and ensure all client deliverables are met in a timely fashion
  • Ensure all client invoices are accurately developed and submitted to finance
  • Coordinate with Distribution on shipments, mailings, and inventories

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in related field or relevant experience
  • 1-5 years’ experience as a project, client services, or retail Manager
  • 3-5 year prior experience in customer facing roles
  • Must be proficent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) with an emphasis on strong Excel skills.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills
  • Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Innovative, creative thinking skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend and stoop continuously and stand for limited periods
