As a Terminal Support Technician - Technical Support at SpacePointe, you'll play a crucial role in provisioning not only software for prepaid products but also our proprietary EkiKart software and other SpacePointe solutions onto devices for our valued merchants. Your responsibilities will encompass enabling terminals at various merchant locations, conducting software upgrades, and providing assistance beyond standard procedures, such as product testing and troubleshooting failed transactions. Additionally, you'll contribute to special terminal-related projects and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and turnaround times.
