The Role:

SpacePointe is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Merchant Onboarding Analyst for our Dayton, OH office. This crucial role provides bilingual support and ensures a seamless onboarding experience for our Spanish-speaking merchants. Working with our global team, you will offer primary bilingual support for the EkiKart POS product and play a pivotal role in our technical operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Collaboration: Work with employees globally, providing primary bilingual support for our EkiKart POS product to Spanish-speaking merchants.
• Prospect Identification & Management: Input and track deals in HubSpot or Aha, monitoring progress through various stages.
• Demo Handling: Prepare and conduct product demos, or assist Sales Engineers, ensuring potential clients understand our solution's value.
• Merchant Application Process: Oversee the merchant application process, ensuring a smooth transition from documentation to approval.
• Financial Setup: Collaborate with the finance team on invoicing and payment tracking, maintaining accurate financial records.
• Onboarding & Implementation: Manage merchant account setups and product/menu implementations within EkiKart.
• Query Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for merchant inquiries, resolving issues or escalating them as needed.
• Documentation & Compliance: Manage all merchant-related documentation and contracts, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Educational Initiatives: Organize and lead training sessions on product updates and best practices.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or related fields, ideally within a tech or POS environment.
• Proficient technical skills and quick to learn new software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a global team.
