Southwest Idaho ENT and Surgery Center is Hiring an Experienced Medical Biller Near Boise, ID

We are a busy private medical and surgical practice that is seeking to hire a a full-time experienced Medical Biller to focus on the emphasis of billing for ourpractice. We are a single-specialty surgical clinic in Boise, ID open Monday through Friday. Salary is dependent on experience and comprehensive benefits are available. The duties for this position consist of working all aspects of the revenue cycle, with a large emphasis on understanding the claims process, working A/R, some collections, posting payments and working ERAs. You will be asked to answer patient questions via phone calls and assist the front desk with any billing questions they may have.

Successful candidates must be a certified biller with a minimum of 3 years of billing experience as well as demonstrated experience in the following areas:

  • Ability to research, analyze and interpret inquiries relating to claims processing issues and billing contracts
  • Efficient with ICD-10 (diagnosis), CPT(procedure) codes and modifiers
  • Knowledge of medical terminology

Proficient in Excel, Word and 10key data entry

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a production-focused environment
  • Medical Office Experience is a plus
  • Collections/Billing/Contracts
  • Team Player with solid interpersonal skills
  • Medicare &/or Medicaid knowledge
