* Position summary:
* Performs laboratory testing for all CLIA complexity levels. Analyzes test results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits. Evaluates and resolves technical problems requiring independent judgment and critical thinking skills. Performs and evaluates quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement functions. Demonstrates ability to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.
* Participates in other laboratory functions per position responsibilities.
* MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Education:
* Associate degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biology with specific required courses plus one (1) year ASCP approved Medical Lab Technology training program. Registry Eligible or MLT (ASCP) Certified.
