Job Description:

The Principal Internal Auditordelivers on our Purpose by performing assurance assessments of high-risk processes by providing an objective examination of evidence for the purpose of providing an independent assessment of governance, risk management, and control processes for the organization. This role joins the Technology-focused Internal Audit pod and will perform reviews of technical IT processes to evaluate the efficacy of control design and effectiveness. The Principal Internal Auditor is an analytical thinker who is excited about the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the improvement of Southwest's operations, risk management, and governance processes.

This role is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX, which requires Employees to work onsite on our Corporate Campus at least three days a week.The Department designates the specific three days of the week Employees must work on-site.

Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $107,650 - $119,600 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
