**F&I Assistant Manager**

**South BMW - Palmetto Bay, FL - Full Time**

The F&I Assistant will report to the Finance and Insurance Director and will provide support to F&I Managers overseeing all aspects of vehicle financing and leasing.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

* Understand Financial Services programs as well as finance sourcing options.

* Communicate to client advisors all relevant information about programs.

* Review contracts ensuring that all paperwork is properly submitted to Financial Services.

* Report the approval status of client contracts to the respective client advisors.

* Work with marginal credit cases as well as pre-owned leasing and business leasing clients.

* Ensure that client advisors provide appropriate follow-up with leasing clients.

* Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the sales.

* Work with managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.

* Coordinate finance forecasting with sales department forecasting to achieve desired income.

**Qualifications**

* Previous automobile dealership experience required

* Accounting experience is required

* Experience with obtaining bank approvals and verifiable CSI.

* Strong negotiation skills.

* Excellent communication skills

* High school diploma required
