As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining the physical infrastructure and enhancing the safety and comfort of our staff, members, and visitors. This includes performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep tasks both indoors and outdoors.

$35,000 - $40,000 yearly

• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced
• Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks

• 2 years of maintenance experience
• Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures
• Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent
• Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
• Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
