Position Overview:
We are looking for ambitious and self-motivated individuals to drive sales and promote our range of home improvement services. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, conducting site visits, and closing deals. This role offers unlimited earning potential through commission-based compensation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and door-to-door canvassing.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and recommend appropriate roofing, siding, windows, decks, doors, or solar solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and quotes for customers.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in outside sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Knowledge of construction industry products and services preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
