Overview:
We are seeking an experienced (or willing to train the right person) Pool Technician to join our team. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of pools, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities will be to:
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of pools to ensure they are safe and in optimal condition
- Inspect pool equipment and identify issues
- Test water quality and balance chemicals accordingly to maintain proper levels
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and customer interactions

Skills:
- Knowledge of pool maintenance techniques, including water chemistry, filtration systems, and cleaning procedures or willingness to learn
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and find effective solutions
- Strong attention to detail to ensure pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
