Pool Repair Technician



Position Overview:

Pool Repair Technicians successfully complete repair and installations of major pool equipment, including filters, pumps, motors, salt systems and cleaners. Employees in this position have a high level of customer service skills and a strong work ethic.

Commission Based

Essential Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair all types and manufacturers of pool equipment
• Repair and replace pool filters, pumps, motors, salt systems, and cleaners (heaters are a plus)
• Install new equipment and warranty repairs
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked and organized vehicle and job site
• Ensure a superior, high level of customer service is being provided to all customers

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. , repetitive bending, squatting, twisting and standing
• Ability to complete work independently.
• Have a valid US driver’s license.
• Clear MVR Record.
• Work in extreme heat or cold for extended periods of time
• Ability to learn and use Salesforce on a daily basis
• Comfortable with technology
• Have a can-do attitude!
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to swim - Required.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in repairs of filters, pumps, motors, salt systems and cleaners
