District Manager
We are seeking a self-motivated, multitasker with great people skills. The District Manager must utilize experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Must be a driven self-starter, resourceful, of high integrity, and a good communicator. Must be able to work independently and have strong decision making skills and be easily adaptable to a fast-paced environment. This is a working position where you must be willing to be hands on.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for the day-to-day operational problems and procedures for a specified area.
· Willingness to be hands on and not afraid to work and get your hands dirty.
· Attend meetings with site supervisors, employees and customer contacts.
· Require professionalism from all crew members including punctuality, regular attendance, and pride in quality of work and take corrective action when appropriate.
· Develop building maintenance schedules for each area assigned in accordance with established specifications.
· Inspect and visit all assigned accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt response to customer request.
· Develop and maintain account retention and implement excellent quality control throughout all assigned accounts.
· Maintains a close working relationship with contract clients to provide a means of company contact. Follow through with any requests that clients may have to guarantee our quality of work and output.

· Good inter-personal skills in dealing with clients and contract labor.
· Ability to establish credibility and be decisive including being able to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities.
· Strong work ethic and a "do whatever it takes to get the job done" attitude.
· Can work independently and able to complete time sensitive tasks
· Ability to be persuasive and give leadership to subordinates.
· Strong leadership, administrative, communication and cognitive skills
