Mission:

• The Mission of this role is to collaborate with hiring managers to proactively identify future hiring needs, attract and source candidates, conduct interviews, and assist in selecting the highest qualified candidates for open positions.

Compensation Range:

• $45,000 per year
• Remote potential after training and success in the role is demonstrated

Essential Job Functions:

• Design and implement overall recruitment strategy to attract top-quality team members.
• Develop and update job scorecards and job specifications.
• Create recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
• Screen candidate resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods.
• Assess candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and aptitude.
