Mission:

The mission of the role is to actively pursue the collection of funds due to Southeast via intimate knowledge of the role of each party involved, effective communication to set appropriate expectations with our customers and by leveraging established business systems with professional persistence.

Compensation Range:

• $35,000 - $65,000 annually based on experience. 

Education/Professional Experience/Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional work experience
• Financial acumen and analytical agility

Team Member Expectations:

• Strategic Accounts Receivable Management - Hitting deposit goals via monitoring and owning the Accounts Receivable process. Collect on all AR invoices within a 90-day timeframe to avoid having balances written off to bad debt.
• Financial Communications Management - Support invoicing process and collection of funds through the life cycle of a job via effective communication between the customer, insurance carrier, mortgage holder, and the Southeast team members.
• First line of Action on all Past Due invoices - Serve as the first line of action on past due payments. On invoices that reach a predetermined age, leverage formal collection processes in order to collect.
