The Base Salary offered for the position is between $65,000 and $70,000 per year based on experience.

Our District Managers lead and support our restaurant operations teams in serving our customers Fresh, Quality Wendy’s menu items. The District Manager is responsible for leading a group of 5 to 8 Wendy’s restaurants to achievement of company objectives including Customer Service Metrics, Speed of Service Metrics, Turnover & Team Member Satisfaction Metrics, as well as Sales and Profit Metrics. The District Manager is the key to building and maintaining a positive atmosphere in our restaurants where members of our team enjoy coming to work and delivering outstanding customer service to our guests. Our District Manager is also responsible for continuous people development ensuring the next leaders of our company are identified and trained for growth.

The ideal District Manager candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, a track record of people development, and a positive attitude. Candidates with previous Wendy’s District Manager experience or at least 3 years of Above Restaurant Level leadership experience in a restaurant required.
