- Answering telephones.
- Dispatching technicians for service calls.
- Scheduling technicians daily.
- Responding to service calls from external and internal customers.
- Obtaining necessary PO’s from external customers.
- Management of Work in Process.
- Reporting.
- Administration: organized, detail-oriented, a good record keeper, good with numbers, multi-tasking.
- Computers/Technology: Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Billing Software, iPad.
- Communication/Interaction with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
