Southeast Elevator is Hiring a Project Manager Near Fort Pierce, FL

Overview:
Southeast Elevator, the regions leader in manufacturing, installing, and servicing in home elevators is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Coordinate project activities and facilitate effective communication between team members
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to the sales team
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
- Utilize project management tools

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficient in project scheduling and resource allocation techniques
- Excellent leadership and team management skills

-Ability to read house plans and basic construction knowledge
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in project management, including project scheduling and implementation
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Leadership skills to lead and motivate project teams
