SUMMARY Oversee coordination of all training for new staff and ongoing training for current staff. Model appropriate client/staff interactions, apply consistency in program implementation, ensuring the safety of clients/staff, and efficient fulfillment of assigned shift responsibilities. Manage inventory, coordinate with maintenance and assist Triage Services Manager as needed.
