Full-time (9-month) faculty position to teach Anatomy and Physiology, and other Biology courses. Teaching assignments may be in Highlands, Hardee, or DeSoto counties. Typically work schedule: Monday - Thursday, and Fridays as needed. Position begins Spring term (January 2024).
Duties and Responsibilities:

Educational: Master's degree in biological sciences (or related field) from a regionally-accredited institution or a Master's degree and 18 graduate semester hours in biological sciences (or related field) required. Related field examples: (Physiology, Anatomy, Animal Science, or Molecular biology). Doctorate preferred.

Experiential: Post-secondary teaching and distance learning experience strongly preferred. Related field experience highly desirable. Ability to teach Microbiology a plus but not required.
