Dental / Endodontic Office Manager - $35 to $40/hr Benefits!

We are a private endodontic practice seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our team! Recently we relocated to the Kearny Mesa area and our newly renovated office is modernized and beautiful. We provide patients with the highest standard of professional care in a friendly, comfortable environment.

Schedule: Full-time, Hours: Monday-Thursday from 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday from 7:30am-1:30pm

Compensation: $35 to $40 per hourHealth and Dental insurance eligibility; Eligibility for bonuses!

Position Requirements:

• Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of dental office management experience. Endodontic office experience is highly preferred.
• TDO software experience is preferred but not required

Duties for our Office Manager include:

• Supervising both front and back office staff to ensure top quality care for our patients.
• Making sure production and hygiene schedules are optimized to meet our goals.
• Submit claims and manage our accounts receivable.
• Ensure all OSHA guidelines are met.
• Run team meetings including morning huddles.
• Delegate duties to staff to ensure all daily tasks are completed.
