Your Responsibilities :
The essential administrative functions include but are not limited to the following :
Create and manage the monthly employee newsletter incorporating input from the Executive Leadership Team
Create PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings
Type of forms, agendas etc. needed by the President
Prepare and update reports and spreadsheets
Plan and execute team building events, the annual Christmas party and company picnics
Manage Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year nominations and winners
Assist with travel arrangements for employees
Order supplies and keep company vending machines, office cabinets and bathroom supplies stocked
Order business promotion items and marketing materials
Assist with Document Retention schedules and document shredding as needed
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery and follow-up of projects
Run occasional errands for the Leadership team
Assist with accounts payable, data entry and break down of invoices
File paperwork related to personnel files, medical files, Accounts Payable, and Invoices
Qualifications and Skills We Require :
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred)
5-7 years of hands-on Administrative / Executive Assistant experience
1-3 years of hands-on Human Resources experience.
Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (required)
Exhibit extraordinary discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information shared by the Executive Leadership Team (in particular employee information
Previous experience with DOT regulations (preferred)
Possess basic knowledge of HR principles and federal / local regulations
Highly Organized
Sharp Multitasking ability and able to keep tasks and projects on track
Ability to work independently with little supervision required.
Ability to work within the timeframe of standard policies and procedures.
Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks in a busy, fast paced environment
Compensation is flexible dependent on relevant skills and qualifications, as determined by the talent acquisition lead
