We are a South Florida based women's clothing boutique run by a mother-daughter duo. We are looking for someone amazing to join the family, and provide our customers with an amazing shopping experience!

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

-Assist in merchandising and shipping

-Create social media content of new arrivals

Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (multilingual skills are a plus)
- Strong knowledge of the products being sold
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
- Previous experience in fashion sales or a similar retail environment is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Proficient in retail math calculations for pricing and discounts
- Comfortable conducting product demos to showcase features and benefits

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
