Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support and project coordination to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Duties:
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and transcribing documents
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
- Assist with email correspondence and communication on behalf of the employer
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with experience in office management
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using Google Suite or Microsoft Office for document creation and management
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is a plus
