Role: Helpdesk Support
Location: Los Angeles, CA
All proposed technical resource(s) must have minimum of two (2) years experience in providing Help Desk Support Services in the following areas:
- a) Supporting Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Chromebooks systems
- b) Supporting hardware issues for Apple and non-Apple (PC s and Laptops) Equipment
- c) Knowledge and experience with computer terminologies and concepts
- d) Knowledge and experience with networking/connectivity terminologies and concepts.
- e) Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suites
- f) Proposer must be able to provide a dual-language (English/Spanish) technical resources.
