seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Scooper/Cashier.

Position: Scooper/Cashier

Location: 1 N. Whittaker St, New Buffalo Michigan

Hours: Full-time, Part-time, flexible scheduling available

Responsibilities:

 Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude

 Scoop ice cream and prepare delicious treats according to recipes and customer

preferences

 Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including serving area and equipment

 Restock supplies as needed

 Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations,

and ensuring customer satisfaction

 Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

 Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Reliable and punctual

 Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

 Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
