Position Summary:
The IT Technician will have fundamental knowledge of common operating systems, hardware, software, networking, and strong written and verbal communication skills. They will help to deploy and maintain end-user equipment such as desktops, laptops, cellphones, tablets, and other devices. They will help to clean, organize, and maintain common IT areas, as well as maintain inventory levels.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
IT Technician is a full-time (40 hours per week), non-exempt/hourly position. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This position is full-time onsite position, no remote work.
Travel: Travel is not typical for this position.

The IT team represents a diverse group of products and services; therefore, we are tasked with reacting to many situations simultaneously, and the pace is very fast and requires multitasking on a daily basis.
