This role involves reviewing and aligning training materials with business needs, revising based on feedback, and ensuring seamless content launches. Collaborating with stakeholders, SMEs, and leadership teams, you'll design engaging learning experiences and utilize data-driven insights to optimize learning outcomes. Responsibilities also include designing methodologies for diverse presentation formats and managing the development of instructional materials, alongside serving as the primary LMS Administrator.
Required:

• 3 years of experience designing training materials.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Evidence of knowledge of applying Bloom's Taxonomy to curriculum.

Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
