Job Responsibilities:
- Assist program directors in general financials by keeping track of government grant expenditure and expense forecast to maximize the utilization of grant funds.
- Administrative functions such as online orders for participant program sites monitoring and tracking to ensure the delivery. Discussion with program for allowable and non-allowable expense.
- Process expense invoices and reimbursements in the system for payment.
- Reconcile credit card purchase.
- Analyze general ledger accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Update Grant schedule monthly to tracks grant expenditure. Prepare the monthly financial reporting for the program.
- Monthly journal entry to recognize program revenue and accounts receivable.
- Review expense receipts and attach them to related expenses before submitting expense report to account payable.
- Review payroll report for grant reporting accuracy.
- Prepare monthly and annual external financial reports.
- Various administrative duties as assigned.
- Ad hoc projects upon request.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3-year experience in similar field
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point
- Well organized, detail oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects both administratively and financially
- Nonprofit experience
- Adobe or Asana experience
Compensation: $35-$40/Hour
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
