Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in maintaining project orders within Job Management system
  • Creating project sales orders and Vendor purchase orders
  • Assist Project Manager with job change orders and RGA's
  • Tracking project orders and operating within manufacturer online order management portals, to monitor estimated ship dates, create and maintain customer shipping reports
  • Assist Project Managers with requesting submittal and O&M documents from reps and uploading them into Job Management system
  • Assist Project Managers with locating and identifying project orders in local branch warehouse for direct through stock orders, on as needed basis
  • Assist Project Managers with rebate processing in Job Management for through stock rebate orders.
  • Schedule customer deliveries
  • Request information as needed from Sales and customers for setting up new project job accounts, DTS and PLS order request forms, and other pertinent project data forms as required
  • May also be asked to manage small projects in full capacity as the PM as needed
  • Assist Project Manager with COI and warehouse storage photo customer requests
  • Assist Project Manager with customer reports
  • Perform all functions necessary to meet and exceed customer service standards

Qualifications

  • Detail oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
  • Previous distribution experience a plus. Self-starter who can work independently with little supervision.
  • Proficiency with technology, and computer skills. Adobe, excel, MS word, outlook.
