Required Skills

Looking for Human Capital Management (HCM) professional with education industry experience typically manages the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement, within educational institutions.

Lead the implementation and deployment of Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.

Configure Oracle HCM modules to align with the specific needs of the education industry, including but not limited to:

a)Core HR

b)Payroll

c)Benefits

d)Time and Labor

e)Talent Management

3 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and support, with a focus on the education industry.

Oracle HCM certification is a plus.

Work Site: Jacksonville FL

Duration: 6 Months
