Job Details
We are currently partnering with our client to fill the position of Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Analyst.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation or support projects, including a minimum of 3 Oracle Implementations.
- Minimum of four years of experience specifically in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation or support.
- Proficiency in Project Management methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM functional business processes and regulatory requirements within the US.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate employee payroll data, managing garnishments, and ensuring system integrity.
- Expertise in conducting Payroll cloud Tax updates and thorough payroll testing post-upgrades.
- Collaborate with HR business stakeholders, client IT, and third-party vendors, coordinating activities with both onshore and offshore teams, and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and coordinate onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Guide the team on payroll processes and oversee the accuracy of transmitted files to various vendors.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and take ownership of project delivery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience and enthusiasm for working in a Global delivery environment.
- Previous experience with other HCM Cloud Modules such as Core HR, Compensation, and Absence.
- Familiarity with ADP
- Experience with General Ledger
