Our client, a medical device company, is looking for a Junior Creative Project Manager for a remote ongoing contract with a background in print production. Experience working within a highly regulated industry such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or finance will be required to help navigate the complexities of projects to ensure they adhere to compliance requirements while maintaining the highest quality standards. Leveraging your extensive experience with project management tools like Workfront, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of print projects from inception to completion. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of vital materials within industries where accuracy, precision, and compliance are paramount.

Please note this is a remote ongoing 30-40-hour/week contract and is flexible to any US time zone.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee print production projects ensuring adherence to compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including creative teams, regulatory experts, and external vendors, to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Utilize project management tools such as Workfront and Asana to plan, track, and communicate project progress, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and cohesive project environment.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution and project success.
• Conduct post-project reviews to analyze outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within print production and highly regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or finance.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools, particularly Workfront. Additional experience in Asana a huge plus.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or finance industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands effectively.
• Proven ability to problem-solve, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
