Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for diverse organizational roles.
  • Conduct interviews, meticulously screen candidates, and efficiently coordinate the entire hiring process.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other talent pipelines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with staffing agencies, ensuring efficient fulfillment of critical warehouse operations positions.
  • Strategically advertise company vacancies across various HR platforms to attract top talent.

2. Employee Relations

  • Assume the role of a trusted advisor to both employees and management, offering expert guidance on HR matters and resolving conflicts with fairness and consistency.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and adeptly address employee concerns and grievances, creating a harmonious work environment.
  • Vigilantly monitor and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement levels.

3. Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and orchestrate comprehensive employee training and development programs.
  • Implement effective onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration for new team members.
  • Support career growth and succession planning initiatives.

4. Compensation and Benefits

  • Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonuses, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure unwavering compliance with pertinent labor laws and regulations.
  • Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring that all employees receive their compensation on time.
  • Coordinate with the HR department of the Mexico facility to ensure that all the employees receive their bi-weekly compensation.

5. HR Policy and Compliance

  • Spearhead the development and continuous refinement of HR policies and procedures, aligning them with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Maintain meticulous employee records and uphold strict compliance with data privacy regulations.

6. Performance Management

  • Implement robust performance management systems and processes, including the execution of regular performance reviews and goal-setting exercises.
  • Provide invaluable guidance on performance improvement plans and, when necessary, disciplinary actions.

7. Employee Engagement

  • Lead initiatives to amplify employee engagement, nurture teamwork, and cultivate a vibrant company culture.
  • Organize and coordinate company events and activities aimed at fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie among our team.
  • Measure employee satisfaction and proactively create employee retention programs.
  • Administer the employee of the month program.

8. HR Administration

  • Oversee critical HR administrative tasks, such as payroll management, attendance tracking, and meticulous employee documentation.
  • Skillfully manage employee contracts, oversee terminations, and ensure a seamless exit process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a valuable asset.
  • Demonstrated experience in an HR Manager role or a similar HR leadership position.
  • Profound knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Proficiency the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
