The Facilities Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of building functions and guarantees the safety and functionality of all facilities across the portfolio. Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning and scheduling maintenance work, and maintaining records. They are also required to manage the design and construction of new facilities, remodels, expansions, acquisition conversions and other special projects, as assigned to ensure timely completion, quality results and budget control on all projects. This includes coordination of teams and tasks for successful development and execution of project plans requiring signification coordination and collaboration across organizational departments and external stakeholders. Facility Project Managers will partner with project leaders and sponsors to define the vision, critical success factors, and roadmap for projects. They will manage facilities across the country and lead projects through their life cycle to deliver results to the company, our partners, and most importantly, our patients.
The Facilities Project Manager role requires a person who is action and results-oriented, a "take-charge" leader with strong communication skills (written and spoken), leadership, negotiating and business case development skills. They will need to anticipate obstacles and proactively manage solutions to mitigate or eliminate them.
Extensive travel across the US will be required for this position.
